Our candles are hand-poured using 100% natural soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and premium fragrance oils, ensuring a clean, long-lasting burn.

15. Can I skip, change, or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You can edit, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time—you're in control.

Orders & Shipping
17. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S., with plans to expand internationally in the future.
18. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days, and delivery times vary based on location. You’ll receive tracking updates via email.
19. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on all products since it depends on damage. Returns for eligible products are accepted No Later Than 14 days after the product arrives at your house. The product needs to be undamaged and unworn/unused. Customers do not pay for the return of products once accepted. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hellolunalucontacts@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right!
20. Can I make changes to my order after shipping?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after it has shipped. We cannot cancel an order after it has been submitted, either. At present, we do not handle any pre-orders for changes or cancellations either. Subscription boxes are within your control when you choose to order this item.
21. Will I be charged right away when I make my order?
Your card will be charged immediately. Once submitted it pends for payment for processing fulfillment for shipping.
22. How do I track my order?
If you use Shop and have an app, the product purchase will show immediately within your APP. A notification of your purchase will be sent to you. Shop will send you updates about your order.
Once the order ships, you will receive email notifications about your order and how to track your order. * Be sure to check your spam folder or promotions folder or the updates section in your email.
23. My order never arrived?
I apologize for the inconvenience. Here are some solutions:’
If your package has been marked delivered and it's only been a day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours.
If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.
Customer support must be notified of any lost packages within 30 days of the ship date. If a package is not reported as lost within 30 days of the ship date, customer service will not be able to assist with a replacement or refund.
